Our Insurance Department's core objective is to ensure that managed vessels are provided with comprehensive coverage against potential maritime perils, liability to the third parties or other risks.

Insurance Department initiates, follows up and diligently maintains all records with regards to any incident or claims, related to the vessel’s H&M, cargo or crew, while strives to handle claims cases in an efficient, effective and results-oriented manner.

Insurance department in close cooperation with all other departments makes sure that the loss ratio record of the fleet is maintained to the best possible standards by way of implementing best maritime practices for loss prevention and safe trading.

Our qualified technical team provides full technical management services in order to ensure that vessels are properly maintained and monitored in accordance with the highest quality and safety standards.

We monitor the vessel’s maintenance, condition and operations via daily communication with on board personnel, in order to ensure that the vessels are operating efficiently, initiating corrective actions, when such performance does not meet the Company's standards.

Our HSQE department ensures that vessels operate in accordance with the industry’s standards and in compliance with the applicable International Conventions.

The department is effectively implementing, updating and maintaining the Company’s Documented Management System. Objectives are met through internal auditing, by developing and promoting an awareness of the need to operate the vessels to the highest standards and ensuring that adequate resources and shore-based support are provided.

Our crew department ensures that vessels are manned with qualified, skilled, certified and medically fit seafarers, in accordance with national and international regulations and standards.

Our seafarers are carefully selected and familiarized with the Company’s Safety Management System before they undertake their duties. Tailored onboard training programs are designed in order to continuously enhance our seafarers’ skills and safety culture.
